ACRT Services and our family of companies continues to flourish, evolve, and adjust for our ever-changing environment. Ben Franklin once said, “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” Within the fleet department, we are progressing to meet business needs, driving efficiencies into our processes, and working to provide you with a world-class team.
This effort will be led by Devin Smith, our new senior fleet manager. Devin will oversee the fleet department supporting Bermex, ACRT, and ACRT Pacific. He will place special emphasis on the EMKAY relationship. Devin’s past experience includes managing transportation and fleet, being a site manager, and working his acreage and ranch. Devin joined us in 2018, starting as a consulting utility forester. He soon was promoted to safety auditor. When the job post to join the fleet team opened, he jumped at the opportunity and has been using his experience in the field, safety, and fleet management to advance the fleet department ever since.
Devin’s team consists of Kaiden Grossi, fleet manager for Bermex and ACRT. Kaiden has fleet coordinators Denny Teran and Kyle Richards supporting efforts nationwide. They will be adding a third fleet coordinator in the near future. Previous data analytics and procurement duties will be shifted to the finance team.
A native of California, Devin attended California State University, Stanislaus, and the University of the Pacific. He resides in Mountain Ranch, California with his wife Regina, ACRT Services accounts receivable supervisor. He is a proud father of three children – 1 son and 2 daughters (ages 30, 32, and 35) and has five grandchildren (4 girls and 1 boy). They have two cats, two dogs, two birds (who can be heard on Teams’ calls), and livestock. Devin enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping. When not at home doing day-to-day activities, he never fails to attend one of the many activities his grandchildren might be having; either a baseball game or a recital for piano, dance, or tap.
Please join us in congratulating Devin on his promotion.
Tristan Hoffman joined the ACRT Services family of companies in 2019 and brought a wealth of knowledge and a passion for trees and nature that has been evident ever since. When asked why he chose this industry, Hoffman shares, “I love trees and nature and enjoy talking to people about their trees. I also chose[...]
